User Training
Throughout my career, training has been a consistent part of my role—whether delivered through in-app guidance, hands-on in-person sessions, or conference-style presentations. I view training as an extension of the user experience, designed to build confidence, reduce friction, and support successful adoption of new tools and workflows, meeting Users where they are at.
In-App Training
I have leveraged both third-party platforms, such as Appcues (images #1 & #2), and internal training tools (image #3) to design and deliver effective user education. My experience includes supporting the rollout of entirely new applications as well as introducing smaller features, ensuring users are guided through change in a clear, approachable way.
1:1 Training
I deliver 1:1 and small-team training sessions focused on real workflows and practical application. By tailoring each session to the audience, I help individuals and teams better understand the product, adopt new features, and align on best practices in a way that feels relevant and actionable.
Conference Style Training
I am responsible for the planning and execution of our annual Learning Conference presence, including presentations, booth design, and attendee giveaways. While my love for strong themes and thoughtful organization certainly plays a role, I’m often trusted with this work because I bring presentations to life with personality, clarity, and intention. This conference is held annually and attended by more than 250 people from across our entire agency family, making it a key opportunity to engage, educate, and inspire a broad audience.
